Due to the nature of our handmade soaps and hair oils, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

To be eligible for a return

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by us.
