SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During promotions, holidays, or high-order periods, processing times may be longer.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information, if available, so you can monitor your package’s progress.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Aydilertse Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist when possible.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a solution.
